This is a guide for heavy sweaters who wear shirts.
This website is for those who feel like they go swimming most mornings en route to work, visiting friends, partying, or when the AC is off. This is NOT for moderate or light sweaters.
This is a place for people who sweat a lot to find shirts that won’t make them feel gross.
Evaluation Criteria
Feels Light & Breathable
External sweat viewership matters, but does the shirt feel light and allow airflow?
Dry Quickly
Heavy sweaters accept that their shirt will be wet, but how quickly will it dry once they stop sweating (?) is the question.
Remove the Color Mirage
Does the shirt limit the sweat mark because of its color or because its a sweat friendly shirt?
Limit Body Clinging
If drenched, all shirts will stay plastered to your body. If isolated sweating patches, how does the shirt fit and does it cling?
Hide Sweat Well
A soaked shirt will show sweat regardless, but how well it hides the sweat in the process to utter saturation is what matters.
Product Reviews
I am a company’s nightmare - I am not brand loyal. Sweat functionality and aesthetic above everything.
Recommendations.
This is a growing list of my go-to shirts for hot, humid, anxiety filled days, or when I just don’t want to show sweat. They all score highly on the evaluation metric. Where they do not score highly I explain.

Disappointments.
My goal is not to ruin a brand, but when a shirt says it is made with “moisture wicking” fabric or is “sweat absorbing,” it needs to be inclusive of all sweaters including the Heavy Sweaters. Together we can make change.
